• THROUGH JUNE 22: Looking ahead, the Ligonier Chamber of Commerce Sunday night band concerts will begin on June 22nd and continue every Sunday 7-9 PM through the end of August. Bring your lawn chairs and listen to area bands perform on the Diamond.

• JULY 11: The Ligonier Valley YMCA’s Golf Outing will be held at the Ligonier Country Club on Friday, July 11th. Registration begins at 10:30 AM and the shotgun start will be at noon. Contact the Ligonier Valley YMCA for more information.
• THROUGH AUGUST 3: SAMA Ligonier Valley is excited to host a spectacular exhibition titled, “Spirit of Place, Fallingwater Paintings by Ron Donoughe and Workshop Artists”.  This exhibition features multi-season paintings of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater by Ron Donoughe and dozens of workshop artists. The exhibition runs from May 2nd  through August 3rd.

ONGOING EVENTS

• TECH SUPPORT: The Ligonier Valley Library offers a Tech Support Hour the second Tuesday of the month from 5-6 PM and the last Monday of the month from 1-2 PM. Stop in the library’s Smart Room and get all of your technology questions answered and become more tech savvy.
• FAVOR: Faces and Voices of Recovery will be holding a Bible study on Thursdays from 1-2 PM  at the Recovery Community Organization, 736 Lincoln Street in Bolivar. For more information call 724-676-2111.
• LIGONIER LIBRARY : Chess Club for ages 17 and under is at the Ligonier Valley Library every second and fourth Saturday of the month from 11AM -1 PM in the community room. All levels of experience are welcome and registration is not necessary. Just stop by the anytime between 11 AM- 1 PM and join the fun.
• LIGONIER LIBRARY: Come and enjoy Thursday nights at the Ligonier Valley Library. Each Thursday from 5-6PM, the library will be offering a fun activity for participants. On the first Thursday of the month play board games, Dragon Masters Readers Theatre will be in session on the second Thursday, STEM stations will be available to explore on the third Thursday and Lego Club meets of the fourth Thursdays each month. • COMPASS INN VOLUTEERS: Are you passionate about history? Llove meeting and talking to people and looking for a way to get involved in your community, Consider becoming a volunteer docent for the Compass Inn. As a docent, you will dress in period clothing and share stories about the history of the Compass Inn and the colonial time period. Docents must be at least 18 years of age, obtain all mandated PA clearances and be available at least two days a month.
